This RV has 1 slide out, which opens into a queen-sized walkaround bed.
Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. There is 1 rear queen-sized bed, an over cab bed large enough for 2 adults, dining table converts into a small bed for 1 adult or 2 children, Kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchen supplies, microwave, gas stovetop. Bedding not provided. Mounted TV in living space and bedroom with antenna for local channels or hotspot capabilities and games/cards provided for your indoor entertainment. RV also equipped with air conditioner and heater.
RV has retractable awning with LED lighting and outdoor speakers to enhance your outdoor camping experience.
**Delivery and set up available at local campgrounds for extra charge but is subject to availability (message me to inquire). Please feel free to ask any questions, we are here to help make sure you have a wonderful experience! Absolutely NO smoking or vaping ($500 cleaning fee will be charged if this happens)

Must return RV in clean condition with a full fuel tank. Cleaning includes sweeping, washing, and putting away dishes, removing all trash and cleaning anything grossly dirty such as counter surfaces and toilet. Exterior does not need to be cleaned unless it is returned excessively dirtier than when received.
If RV is returned without trash emptied, soiled or stained, there will be a minimum of an additional $150 cleaning fee.
Empty gray and black tanks before return or there will be a $100 fee
If fuel is not replaced you will be charged the cost of fuel plus a $75 refueling fee
NO pets, smoking, or vaping
NO international travel
NO climbing on roof

5.0Michelle and Lisa were exceptional hosts! They were great at explaining how everything works, giving tips along the way, and staying in touch the whole time. Great hosts; would most definitely rent from them again and recommend to others to rent from. Cannot get much better than them!
