**This RV will be available for sale after June 30, 2025**Clean and comfortable RV that is easy to drive for those new to the RV experience.We love setting out our outdoor rugs, grill, and a couple of lawn chairs right away when we reach our destination! Then cozying up to the fire and enjoying the sounds of nature.Cosa è inclusoFresh linens, camping chairs, lawn games (bags and ladder golf), bike rack, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, sun screen, bug spray) and a cooler are provided for your use.RaccomandazioniSome of our favorite nearby places to explore are Flandrau State Park, Fort Ridgely State Park, Sylvan Park, and Eagle Cliff Campground. There are also many other local options in the Mankato area.Altre cose di cui prendere notaFor festival use there will be a $1000 deposit.If returned with tanks that have not been emptied, we will keep $100 of the deposit.If the gas tank is not full upon return, you will be charged up to $160.00.

Joel was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was actively invested in assuring an amazing experience for us, and went the extra mile with his graciousness. We had an incredible time in the Minnie Winnie, and we would certainly rent from Joel again. I strongly recommend Joel as your host for the next adventure! 5 stars across the board!
