2018 Jayco 26BH model with lots of room. Sleeps 9 - Perfect for a family! Look at all the Free Stuff you get to go with it!This is a FUN trailer! Electric awning, stereo, microwave.. it has it all. Lots of options like an outdoor cooking setup and table.. Bring your pets and friends, this is what camping should be.Queen size bed the front, 2 double bunks in the rear, a table the folds into a bed and a sofa that converts to a bed.. That is 8 people.Included Free. Fresh & Gray Water Hoses, RV Sewer Hose, Fire Extinguisher, Spare Tire, Load Distributing Anti-sway Hitch with Ball, Chocks, Outside Patio Rug, Television, DVD Player, CD Player/Radio, Microwave, Bathroom Waste Basket, Kitchen Waste Basket, and even Ice Cube Trays. Kitchen and bathroom loaded with all the amenities of home, We have the basics.. Plates, pots, pans, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and a coffee maker (got to have that). We also have clean bedding for the queen bed, please bring sleeping bags for the other guests.We always include a propane fire pit for the no burn days! Roast the marshmallows and enjoy a fire all year!We Love our trailer, and want to share it with others. This is what we use for our family camping trips, and we ask that you treat it as your own. Have fun, we have lots of extras included.. games, cards and all sorts of fun stuff for you to enjoy as we do. Check out the options for even more!!This trailer that weighs in at 4580 lbs dry and can be towed with most Trucks. (Hitch included with anti-sway and weight distribution). If you load to the max it can weigh as much as 7000 lbs. Please have electric breaks and 7 way connector ready. We will NOT rent without a break controller. We will also need specs on the truck including Payload to be sure the math works out.Festival friendly (not burning man).. we will deliver and set it up for you!Disclaimer:
--Absolutely NO Smoking IN THE Unit! ($500 Cleaning Fee will be applied if there is an odor of cigarette smoke).
--Pet Cleaning Fee of $50 up to $250 will be applied for pet hair, stains, or pet damage.
--$1500 Security Deposit will be collected in full and applied towards deductible for all insurance claims.
--Excessive Cleaning Fee may be charged if the RV is not returned in the same condition in which it was picked up in. We want you to have fun, and we know some trip can be dirty.. we are not concerned with some dust, but please keep it clean.
--All waste tanks Must be empty when trailer is returned if optional service is not chosen! $150 dump fee will be charged if tanks are not empty and no options chosen.
--DO NOT Flush Anything but Toilet Paper! No personal hygiene products or trash, cleaning wipes etc.. We will Charge a $300 tank Cleaning fee for this..
--Any damage to the awning is the renter's responsibility. Awning damage is the number one damaged item for rented RV's and it is recommended that campers refrain from using the awning unless they retract the awning (easy electric awning) at any time that the renter is not at the RV because heavy gusts of wind can kick up at any time.
--LP usage will be charged at the current cost per gallon of LP. Plus $20 if not filled when returned or option chosen.
--No climbing on the roof. Please stay in the trailer or on the ground.
--There are no reimbursements for insurance covered items. Claims must be reported and repairs and services approved.
--Renters may extend the term of rental at the daily rate while rental is still active as long as it does not affect the availability of scheduled rentals. RV's must be returned at or before the scheduled time or a $25/HR charge will be incurred. (Call us if running late, we know traffic can suck)
