No Climbing/Walking on the Roof. No Smoking, No towing. This RV is Brand New and we take pride in the way it looks, we are not asking for anything other than you would expect from your house or vehicle. The PICK-UP of the RV will take approximately 1 hour to complete, this will allow time for you to learn and inspect all aspects of the RV. This RV is equipped with a GPS unit. Both as a Safety feature and an asset protection capability for my Renters and me. The GPS sends alerts on Speed and Driver Behavior. All current Max Speed limits in adjoining states is 70 mph. If a speed trigger of 75 or greater is sent, renters are subject to a discretionary $50 fee per occurrence, after 1 warning. Excessive speed is unsafe AND greatly increases potential for accidents, wear and tear on the bearings and brakes. If the GPS sends an excessive breaking warning, I will issue a courtesy warning and then charge a discretionary $25 fee per occurrence. There is also an Abandonment Fee which is the entire Security Deposit. If you Rent the RV and then decide that you do not want the RV anymore you cannot abandon the vehicle, this will result in abandonment and the addition of the Abandonment Fee.
