Note- We currently do not rent this RV for use driving or on-the-road. Please select delivery on the reservation (not pick up). We will setup and deliver to the campsite you book within Page County, Rockingham County or Shenandoah County, Virginia. We are located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley with amazing activities to enjoy (Numerous Caverns, Massanutten Resort, Historic Localities, Shenandoah National Park, etc.). We can recommend campgrounds in the area based upon your preferences. We can not delivery to campgrounds on Shenandoah National Park, but can recommend several campgrounds in the nearby Luray area.2012 Forest River Sunseeker 32ft in excellent condition and ready to enjoy your nearby camping adventure! Featuring a back queen bedroom, 2 slide outs, overhead cab bed, lots of storage, back bunk beds and/or kid's sofa, 3 total TVs, flip-up counter kitchen counter with double sink, 3 burner range/microwave, sofa that converts to a full size bed, booth dinette that converts for sleeping, and much more. Reservation includes all of the supplies that you will need to enjoy your camping stay (bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, and a S'mores welcome kit. The Lam family and their RV were great! Joni and her husband were very communicative and helpful. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect lodging alternative for our homecoming weekend in Harrisonburg, VA.

The owners Joni and Dwayne were nice, hospitable, and accommodating. The RV was one of the nicest ones we have ever stayed in. We plan to use them again!

Q.Am I able to move the location of the camper during my stay?
A.
Our setup is for delivery only. You will have a key to unlock the camper, but not to be able to drive or move the camper. In selecting Outdoorsy insurance, please select the 'stationary insurance' option.
Q.Are there limits to where I can have the camper setup?
A.
We recommend that you reserve a campground that has full hookup- electric (we have 30 amp), water and sewer. Partial hookup with a dump station is suitable for short stays only (2-3 days with limited water use).
Boondocking (no hookups) can be discussed but may be denied. Interior lighting and other aspects that require electricity will only work when the generator is operating.
Q.Is there a preferred campground?

We have worked well in the past with Endless Caverns staff and they allow us to come into the campground to setup before your arrival. We recommend booking with them by phone (540) 896-2283 and let them know that Duane & Joni Lam will be delivering the camper before your arrival. We also do not charge a delivery mileage fee for this location because it is near our farm.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Camper drawers require that you lift up on them before pulling them open.
