It is expected to be returned with a empty black tank. In the event that you opt out of empteing the black tank there will be a service fee.• You must text and/or call, when you arrive for pickup or drop-off. As I'm not always inside the house. Any other communication should be done thru the app.• When returning you must park the trailer properly in the driveway, if you have difficulty parking you may ask for assistance. Assistance will be offered _free of charge_. Failure to park correctly or ask for assistance may result in a inconvenience fee as i do not always have access tow a vehicle that can tow.• When returning the keys you must give them to me and not leave them elsewhere, if keys are lost it will result in a fee for inconvenience as these keys are not standard and may result in owner needing to change all the compartment locks.• Any damages by renter will be charged to renter.• Arriving more than 1 hour late (according to the times chosen upon booking) will result in a late fee whether you are picking up or dropping off. Dropping off late causes inconvenience for everyone. That includes my self and/or other renters.• There can be a inconvenience fee if more than 30 minutes late without giving notice prior. 5Trailer was in excellent condition. Large refridgerator was a big plus. Host was very helpful. I'd rent again from him when the time comes!
