Setup and Breakdown Your unit will be leveled, hooked up, and ready for you when you arrive. Please don't move, relevel, or reposition the camper. If something feels off, text us and we'll come take care of it. Check-In and Check-Out Drop-off happens between 11am and 4pm, depending on our schedule that day and campground rules. Your unit needs to be cleaned and ready for pick-up by 10am, regardless of the campground's own checkout time. Inside the Camper Treat it like your own, but gently. No smoking or vaping inside. No Grease cooking in he unit. No pets on the furniture. Close all windows and vents before you leave for the day in case of rain. Tanks and Water Short stays shouldn't need you to dump gray or black tanks yourself. We'll handle that during our scheduled pick-up. Go easy on water use if you're not hooked up to a campground source. Longer stays and we can tell or show you how to do it if necessary. Awning and Slides No Awning use, No exceptions, Damage or Issues Something break or not working right? Text us right away so we can fix it fast, rather than finding out at pick-up. Linens Beds come with mattress covers and fitted sheets only.
