Setup and Breakdown
Your unit will be leveled, hooked up, and ready for you when you arrive. Please don't move, relevel, or reposition the camper. If something feels off, text us and we'll come take care of it.
Check-In and Check-Out
Drop-off happens between 11am and 4pm, depending on our schedule that day and campground rules. Your unit needs to be cleaned and ready for pick-up by 10am, regardless of the campground's own checkout time.
Inside the Camper
Treat it like your own, but gently. No smoking or vaping inside. No Grease cooking in he unit. No pets on the furniture. Close all windows and vents before you leave for the day in case of rain.
Tanks and Water
Short stays shouldn't need you to dump gray or black tanks yourself. We'll handle that during our scheduled pick-up. Go easy on water use if you're not hooked up to a campground source. Longer stays and we can tell or show you how to do it if necessary.
Awning and Slides
No Awning use, No exceptions,
Damage or Issues
Something break or not working right? Text us right away so we can fix it fast, rather than finding out at pick-up.
Linens
Beds come with mattress covers and fitted sheets only. Bring your own pillows, blankets, and towels, unless you've added the linen package.$150

What is the minimum number of nights needed per reservation?
A.
We have a 2-night minimum for off season/non-holidays and weekdays. (Dec 1 - Feb 28) Exceptions: Christmas week and New Years week Peak season, holidays and weekends require a 3-night minimum. (March 1 - Nov 30) For a 2 night weekday minimum, it must be manually approved.

Are there restrictions on where I can go?
A.
Yes, Travel is with in the US only. Mexico, Canada and Burning Man is prohibited. Pre approval is required for music festivals. You must provide your travel itinerary, destination, campground and site number for approval.

Do we have to clean the camper upon return?
A.
🧼 Keep It Tidy Please leave the camper as clean as you found it—just a quick sweep & vacuum, wipe down counters/fridge & trash removal is great! We provide cleaning supplies, broom & a vacuum. Avoid a $100 excessive cleaning fee by giving it a little love before departure. We do a an extensive deep cleaning prior to each guest, but we ask that you wash your dishes, wipe surfaces, clean out the fridge, microwave & remove all trash, food & personal belongings. Thanks for helping us out! 💛

What size sheets should I bring?

All of our master beds are 10 in memory foam, residential queen (60x80x10) inches Our bunks are full size and the 4 person convertible dinettes are a small full size. The U shape dinette in The Pioneer (243) is a full The Drifter (287) with quad bunks has 4 small twin single bunk beds.

Welcome to our Pampered Camper!
We are the Southerlands, a family of five, Justin, Shelly, Jaiden, Ashtyn and our Husky, Akira. We recently moved back to the USA after living abroad in 5 different countries and traveling to nearly 20 over the last 7 years. So needless to say, We LOVE to travel!
It didn't take long for us to get restless after moving stateside and decided we still have much to explore, so we did the most logical thing, we bought a camper.
We've always been extremely spontaneous and absolutely love the flexibility and convenience that the RV lifestyle offers.
Our first month having the camper, we drove over 2500 miles and through 8 states and explored at our own pace.
It was wonderful meeting so many great people at the campgrounds, the RV community is super friendly and helpful so we decided to start Pampered Pioneer and bought two more campers! We're excited to be adding a fourth to our fleet soon, too!
We hope to inspire others to enjoy all that RV camping has to offer and to make your adventure as hassle free and enjoyable as possible :)
