3.0The RV was as described, but the owner was “busy” at the agreed meeting time. So we were left to figure everything out on our own. Then after our trip, we get the list of items he’s deducting from the deposit. I specifically paid for black tank clean out, even though we were hooked up to a septic line on our trip. He then claims he had to clean the tank and charge more for “excessive TP use. We also chose the general cleanup fee line item and he wants to charge us for sweeping and wiping down surfaces. This was a great trailer but expect to get nickel and dimed on the return.

5.0If I could give 10 stars, I would. The RV was perfect! It was as clean as if it were just purchased new. Andrew and his wife were amazing hosts and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. The communication back and forth was clear and easy. We had a little confusion with the campsite location and Andrew was extremely patient and understanding while waiting on confirmation of delivery location. By the way the RV was maintained, I could tell it was their "baby" and so we treated it as if it were our "baby". Thank you, Andrew. We will def be back next year!
