Can you say Huge back porch with its own awning!! Yes the ramp folds into a porch, fold down couches, happy jack king bed comes down from the ceiling,, and seperate queen in master bedroom. 2 rv’s indoor outdoor sound, outdoor kitchen!! 2 refrigerators, generator, 30 auxiliary gas tank for the toys! Outdoor shower to rinse off and fully stocked kitchen with kuerig, air fryer, toaster, pots, pans, and all needed kitchenware to make your getaway easy!! 2 ac’s huge shower, and with the generator and large water tanks, it’s fully contained if you want to be off the grid! Cosa è inclusoBasic sheets, comforter and towels. I encourage you to supply whatever bedding you sleep best in. Bringing your favorite pillow is a must😴!I have plenty of camping accessories available so if there is something you want (extra chairs, ice chest, specific items that you don’t have,) just ask and I’ll supply it if I have it or can get itRaccomandazioniThere are so many places now days to set up an rv that if you can think it, you can do it! Pets must be approved prior to rental. Please return it as nice as it was when you arrived. Currently, with summer upon us, the rv will only be rented to those wanting set up and not taken or pulled. Ronny Fikes was kind enough to let me know ahead of time that there was an issue with one of the AC units after another renter used it. He offered assistance finding another camper... so he could get the AC repaired. I appreciated his honesty and kindness!

We had a great experience with Ronny. His unit fit our needs perfectly and had all the additional items we could have imagined. We ran across a bit of a snag the first day and it was handled quickly and efficiently and Ronny was very apologetic. The communication was top knotch. Would def rent from him again.
