Only 3,600 lbs! Extra Clean and Stocked trailer! Enjoy camping in this immaculate 18ft Lance with a walk around queen bed with a 2" memory foam topper and flat screen TV. Comes with linens, pillows, towels, dishes and cookware. Tons of storage. There's a large wardrobe closet in the bathroom plus extra closets around the bed. The dinette turns into a bed (40" x 65") for young children. Awning is electric for easy opening and closing. An outdoor shower helps to wash off sand and dirt. Brand new batteries installed in 2019. We are avid campers and want others to enjoy all that our area has to offer. Some of our favorite places to camp is around the Tahoe area and Santa Cruz:-) I always say just because my tent has four hard walls doesn't mean we're not camping! Nothing beats vacationing with a trailer.
