5I highly recommend Kunes RV if you are planning to rent one for vacation! The website reservation process is quick and simple, the staff contacts you to ensure your reservation is accurate and the check-out and return process is great. This was a great experience for our family trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We would definitely use Kunes RV again.

1A few items in RV need attention, no cold A/C, blew only air.. Shower head holder was loose. But overall, a very fun, relaxing week! Bob was our rental host- Very informative & helpful :-)

1The RV wasn’t cleaned very well upon pickup. The floor was dirty and we found trash under the dinette bench. Worst of all was the air conditioning. It ran but put out very little cool air. It was unbearably warm while we were trying to sleep. There’s nothing like sweat running down your face while in the bed. Robert didn’t respond to my text about the AC and I still paid full price for a less than enjoyable camping experience. I won’t be renting here again unfortunately.
