We are excited to share our 2017 Coleman camper...a little nervous...but we hope to find some folks who love camping and respect our little "home away from home". Our camper sleeps 4-5 comfortably and includes many camping supplies needed to make for an easy and enjoyable family vacation!
Vehicle:
Must have trailer breaks and be rated to tow the weight of this camper. In addition, per WI law your vehicle must be equipped with electric towing brakes (7 prong plug needed). **Leveling blocks are included**
Camper:
Dimensions: length 21.42 ft, width 8 ft, height 8.67 ftElectric: requires 30 amp (DO NOT USE 50 AMP) **Extension cord, plug converter, and surge protector are all included**Pick up/Drop off: Must occur in daylight hours. Option to pick up night before is available for an additional fee, see add on. We are willing to tow this camper to your campsite and pick it up for a fee, and depending on our schedule, see add-onRules:
Renter is required to be at least 25 years of age. Small animals allowed but are to be crated when left alone inside. No smoking. No climbing on roof. Only use RV safe toilet paper.
Cleaning:
Camper must be returned in the same condition as it was when rented. If additional cleaning is needed there will be a $100 cleaning fee will be added.Black & Grey Tanks:
Tanks must be emptied before returning. If tanks are not if tanks are not emptied a $150 fee will be added.
