Responsive, flexible, instructional
Adam was responsive during planning, flexible with pickup/drop-off timing, and provided detailed walkthroughs for setup and takedown, explaining safe use.
As advertised, performs reliably
The camper was exactly as advertised, all systems worked perfectly as expected, and it was considered the perfect choice for trips.

5.0Easy website to use especially that we can communicate with our rental host with questions. Adam explained everything regarding safe use of the camper and walked me through set up and take down.
