It has a 20 gallon fresh water tank that is used for filtered water from the sink and to operate the hot water outdoor shower. It has a highly practical floor plan and has a warm, cozy interior aesthetic. The bed is 73.5 inches wall to wall and the under bed clearance is 35 inches.
