Gemma is a family-friendly, easy-to-drive 26 ft camper/RV with 3 beds (Queen-main, Queen-upper bunk, Double - dinette converter) that easily sleeps 4, and possible up to 6 if two are smaller children. Equipped with bedding, towels, dishes, and basics you need at a camping spot.Gemma has a full-sized fridge, heater, TV/DVD player if you are hooked up to power. And has a propane oven and 4-burner stovetop.This older style 1993 Chevy is easy to drive and navigate.Looking to stay-in-place? On location you can stay in our semi private family home driveway with trees on 2 sides, fence 1 side and open to back alley at back. Super flat, gravel base. Free onsite parking for RV and one additional car. Power and water hookup.Looking to take Gemma the RV on the road? Vancouver + Gulf Island excursions welcome. Guests are asked to return with a full tank of gas/fuel and an empty sewer/grey water tank. Host reserves the right to charge a distance surcharge over 100km.Cosa è inclusoLinens. Towels. Cookware.
