This trailer has all you need for an enjoyable camping trip. Comes with indoor 2- burner stove, hot water, microwave, shower, toilet, propane heat, a/c (when connected to power) refrigerator with a freezer that runs off of propane or electric, power retractable awning for shade, solar that keeps battery charged. Trailer has a queen size bed plus the dinette makes into a bed. While plugged into Shore power you can use the AC unit that will keep you nice and cool on the hot days. Generator is additional and does not run microwave. If the weather turns chilly, the propane furnace will keep you nice and comfortable, or use the portable electric heater provided.All you need to provide are some basic supplies. Will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Trailer has 1 Queen, and the slide out dinette converts to a bed. * Your vehicle needs to be able to tow a min of 3,500lbs. You need a seven-pin connector, electronic brake controller, 2" hitch ball. Note: 4 pin to 7 pin adapter will not work. Pick up time is anytime after 3 PM. Earlier pickup may be available. Walkthrough and orientation will be done at pickup time.The return time is no later 2pm unless agreed to ahead of time. There is a $30 late fee per hour after 2pm if not agreed to beforehand. Please Note: This is a pet friendly camper. Please do not leave pets unattended in the camper at any time and do not allow on the queen bed.What's included

Some states do limit to 55 MPH, check the state laws before traveling. RV is equipped with a GPS tracker that monitors speed.
