You will love this brand new 2022 Jayco's 26 ft. Modern Farm House edition travel trailer.From the modern blue-lighted interior in the private queen-size bedroom to the 2 full-sized bunk house beds.The couch opens to a twin-size bed and sleeps a total of 7 people.Standard refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave double farmhouse sink, 4 seat dining booth with large size picture window for the view.The shower/bath has an extra high ceiling skylight so you won't have to slouch.Stay comfortable in this vented heating & AC throughout the trailer.Enjoy AmFm blue tooth radio with speakers inside and outside. Smart HD Roku TV/DVD. LED lighted automatic awning to brighten your outdoor nights.This rig has 2 -7 gal. propane tanks, 2- 12 volt deep cycle batteries. Electric trailer hitch and sway bars.This trailer weighs 4,900 lbs. and approximately 800 lbs. more when fully loaded with water and gear included.We ask that you return this trailer clean and in the condition that you rented it in. If the trailer is returned and not cleaned, we will charge you a cleaning fee.There is absolutely NO smoking or pet allowed in this trailer. If we detect any smoke or pet odor we will charge you the market rates for deodorization and cleaning.
