Please return trailer with the grey and black empty and the interior in good condition. I don’t expect the outside clean but will inspect it for damage and excessive mud/dirt. Please leave the trailer in the condition you found it, and if something breaks please let us know :)

Easy! the included hoses get hooked to the tanks, fresh water, sewer, and electrical, all included! Tre trailer then uses 120V to power the inside including the AC

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Not really, sometimes I forget it is attached. It rides so easily. I mean, it could be the F-150 as well, such a good truck :)
