Like new 37 Foot travel trailer with enough room for the entire family. There are two private bedrooms with queen size beds that slide out, the main slide-out features a queen size fold out couch and and oversize convertible dinette suitable for two children to sleep on. There is an electric fireplace for taking the chill out on a rainy night, as well as a 35,000 Btu furnace that will keep you warm on even the coldest nights of the season. Escape the hot summer with the ample ducted air conditioner or simply relax under the 21 foot awning. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates and utensils, a coffee pot and microwaveable cups and bowls. All you need to bring is the food and condiments - there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space for everything you will need to enjoy your campsite without having to run out for supplies! We offer sufficient linens based on the length of your booking, and laundry bags for used towels and such. The bathroom is fully stocked with tissue, and there are trash receptacles and a supply of trash bags for your convenience. This unit has never been smoked in. for the benefit of everyone that will rent the coach after you we have a strict NO Smoking policy.Cosa è inclusoDelivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We will waive this requirement for seasoned haulers with the proper towing rig at our discretion. This is not the rig to learn to tow with.Delivery and Setup within 100 miles of 02857. We level the unit, install wheel chocks, hook up water, sewer and electric depending on your choice of campsite. We can provide a generator at cost if you plan to boondock - note that a 50 amp electric unit like this won't run for long on battery power. We provide a full walk-through to familiarize you with the unit and will empty the holding tanks at the end of your booking, if necessary.Camping gear including: folding table and 6 chairs, tabletop gas grille, tiki torches and fuel, 3 flat screen tv's with King Wi-Fi setup; 2 battery operated lanterns in case of power outages and a roll up entrance rug to help keep the campsite out of the camperRaccomandazioniWe recommend that you "...leave the driving to us............." as the old Greyhound Bus commercials used to say. Bob is great! Great communication making sure that the drop off and parking spot for the RV went smooth and even provided some coloring books and bubbles for our kids. The RV was so nice, very clean and lots of towels and well stocked. Bob really made it a great experience 10/10

Robert was a wonderful host. He was punctual, thoughtful, and kind. We appreciate all he did to make our weekend getaway comfortable and memorable! The RV comfortably fit our needs and was an excellent way to stay warm and dry, highly recommend.

Robert and his family were excellent hosts! Tjeir camper is beautiful, spacious and extra clean! When we arrived they had everything all set for us. They provided everything you can think of! From pots/pans, utensils, linens, dish soap, trash bags and outdoor chairs to a gas grill etc. Plenty of storage space so that we didnt have our bags all over the place. I loved the lit up fire place/heater, looked pretty at night. I enjoyed the radio with outdoor speakers too. Robert was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns I had fast. My family and I look forward to renting this camper again in the future!
