Promptly answered questions and communicated status. When major issues arose, they sent a technician, provided temporary solutions, and offered alternatives, though not all fully satisfied guest.
Key amenities need maintenance
While spacious, clean, and having effective AC, the main refrigerator was inoperable, and the sleeper sofa was broken, causing discomfort. Advertised internet was misleading.

2.0The camper itself is nice and has a lot of potential; however, there are several things that clearly need attention and maintenance. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the refrigerator not working from day one of our week-long stay. A functioning refrigerator is a pretty important amenity when renting a camper for a full week. The temporary solution provided was a small college/dorm-size refrigerator, which was not adequate for our family’s needs and was also brought to us dirty. The sleeper sofa was also broken. The host did make us aware of this upon arrival and provided a leg/support to hold it up, but it repeatedly fell out, causing comfort and sleeping issues during our stay. The listing also advertised free internet. When we asked about Wi-Fi, we were referred to the campground’s free internet, which is not actually an amenity provided by the host or the camper. I will say that overall, the host communicated well and was responsive when issues were brought to their attention, which we appreciated. For the price paid and a full week rental, we expected the major amenities advertised to be functional and the camper to be fully ready for guests. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

5.0We had such an amazing trip! When we got here the camper was all set up and ready for us. It’s very spacious and has beautiful interior. It was absolutely perfect for our trip. And Alan was great with communicating with us and letting us know everything was ready!

How do I pick my camp site
A.
This is a 32 ft long Camper with 2 slide outs. This camper requires 50 amp electric connection. If the wrong site is reserved and the campground can't accommodate you to an appropriate site, we will have to cancel the reservation.

What Campgrounds can this be delivered to?

We offer delivery and setup at any campground in the Myrtle Beach area. With several years of experience in the business, we’ve successfully delivered to every campground — even those that state on their website that third-party rentals aren't permitted. In our experience, this has never been an issue.
