Great RV for families or couples. All linens, cookware, coffee pot included. Dining table converts to full size bed. Couch converts to twin size bed. 3 bunks in rear. Queen size bedroom. A delivery address MUST be listed on reservation. Delivery fee is $85 and includes delivery, setup and pickup. We are not responsible for items left behind. We are not responsible for damages to personal belongings. We are not responsible for injuries during rental. Awning must be retracted if leaving the site, during windy weather and at night. A $500 fee will be applied if awning is damaged during rental.
