This is our brand new Aspen Trail and we fell in love with it because of all the different things it offers. This travel trailer has a separate bedroom with a half bath, a secret pantry and an amazing fireplace. All with a modern and clean feel to it! We are creating memories with our family, and want to invite you to do the same in our little home away from home. The bedroom has a queen size bed, in the common area there are two bunk beds, the sofa becomes a bed and also the dinette ( sheets, comforters and pillows are included with the rental), kitchen and hand towels also included (4 of each). Please bring your own towels for showering. We also have a nice little kitchen on the outside that is very convenient. Due to allergies pets are not allowed! Pick up time is between 3 pm- 5pm. Return time is between 8am- 12 pm. Renter must pick up and return the trailer.Cosa è inclusoKitchen offers: 4 pots & lids, 4 frying pans, a skillet pan, forks, knives, spoons for 6 people, plastic containers, 8 drinking glasses, 4 kids plastic drinking tumblers, 4 plates, 10 bowls, 4 cups, 4 small plates. Grilling utensils, and small kitchen appliances ( coffee maker and toaster)
Outdoor rug included.
Complimentary Colombian Coffee and spices ( Pink Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper).
Camping chairs and grill available for an extra fee.RaccomandazioniWe suggest to visit the Florida Springs! No pets allowed! (Will charge a $250 penalty for the "Invisible Pet".)
Dump Penalty- charged if trailer is brought back without dumping and flushing twice. (Unless it's already added to rental)
Messy Penalty- Please bring our "Thunder" as clean as you took it or this is taken out of your deposit.
No cleaning of fish inside the trailer.
No walking on the trailer roof.
Owner won't deliver to first come, first serve sites.
If the weather permit please use the outdoor kitchen to fry bacon, chicken, fish or anything else that needs frying.

Although pets are a part of many families, some members of our family suffer from pet allergies. So in order for us to be able to create memories in our travel trailer, we ask you to keep your pets at home.

Will you teach me how to get everything to work on the trailer?

Yes, we will do a walk thru at pick up and go over everything you need to know. We'll also have a binder in the trailer with rules and guides in case you forget.
