5.0Our original Trailer got cancelled two days before our trip due to a previous renters damage. Outdoorsy had three other rentals for us to choose from within 2 hours. The customer service we received was absolutely amazing and so comforting. The new trailer was even better and the owner Marlon was so kind, helpful and reassuring. The trailer was perfect. It was so clean, the beds were so comfortable and the trailer well stocked. He arrived on time, pick up on time and you can tell he genuinely cares about his renters having the best time. We will always use Outdoorsy for all our Trip rental and I would highly recommend Marlon Mejia. You won't have to worry about anything!
