Our 2015 Keystone Hideout is the perfect rig to make the most of your vacation!For our past renters, we have upgraded our rig to a unit with much more living space and awesome features!The exterior of the camper is equipped with an electric powered awning, LED porch lights, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers! There is also an outdoor grilling station with sink to do some outdoor cooking.Inside, this camper will sleep 8 adults comfortably. (Can sleep up to 10 if children are in your group) Avoid the public restrooms and bath houses since the camper has its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen features a double sink, microwave, gas stove top and oven as well as a large fridge and freezer.Located in the front of the camper is a queen sized bed in its own separated room that can be closed off with the pocket doors. The set of full sized bunk beds in the rear of the camper are great for extra campers to have their own space without having to worry about converting the couch and dinette booth. If your party needs the extra space, the large dinette booth converts into a full size bed. The jackknife sofa also converts to a toddler sized bed. Six camping chairs are included for your convenience. All guests will also receive a small welcome gift basket as a thank you for renting from us!Please note that our rig is non-smoking inside. No exceptions. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.Delivery and set up accommodations can be made to your camp site! Delivery and set up fees vary by location, but most beach campgrounds cost $175. This fee includes delivery, set up, pick up, and waste tank dumping.A prep fee of $50 applies to all rentals to cover prep and full sanitization in compliance with CDC recommendations for Covid-19.Please use the provided cleaning products to clean up at the end of your stay according to the provided cleaning checklist. Failure to do so may result in a $100 deep cleaning fee.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am more than willing to work with renters on pick up and drop off times. Flexibility during the work week may be less flexible due to my obligations to my full time job, but I will still do my best to work with you!
