Therefore, we work hard to make your rental experience as simple, fun, and cost effective as possible.Sunray is a 2022 Surveyor Legend 19Mdble travel trailer. It is designed for couples or families who want a comfortable base camp when adventuring away from home. The roomy interior is very functional and has seating conducive to socializing. Windows on all side of the slide-out dinette provide a great view and plenty of ventilation. Seating consists of a sofa with a queen pull down murphy bed behind it and a large u-shaped dinette (convertible into sleeping space). There is abundant interior storage space under the sofa and the dinette seats.The queen Murphy bed is comfortable, and you'll have a nice view out the front window of the RV. Bunk beds in the back of the unit round out the sleeping accommodations. The bunks are "oversized" (44"x74") and can support up to 250 lbs. Each bunk can easily hold two children. The bunks have a privacy curtain, lights, and power outlets. There is storage space beneath the bottom bunk.The kitchen area includes a 12-volt 8 cu ft refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, and flip-up panel for extra counter space. It is stocked with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. A kitchen tool kit is provided including measuring cups & spoons, basting spoon, slotted spoon, turner, spatula, steak knives, can opener, peeler, and a variety of utility knives. A propane grill and work shelf can be rail mounted on the outside of the RV.The insulation makes it cost efficient and easy to keep the interior temperature comfortable in both warm and cold weather. This RV rental "business" grew out of my passion for landscape photography and my desire to spend as much time as possible within nature settings. For many, it does not make sense to incur the cost of owning an RV. Especially if they only have time to use it a few weeks each year. My goal is to facilitate camping for as many people as possible. In addition to sharing nature through my landscape photography, I can share it via the camping experience.

* Owner provides information on RV operation at time of pickup and will provide manuals for operation of systems, features and appliances. The renter is responsible to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper operation of any of the systems, features or appliances may result in damage and renter will be liable for repair cost.
* Late pickup/return fee will apply if more than 1 hour late for mutually agreed time.
* Dump fee will be applied if any tank is not empty at the time of return.
* The campsite setup/breakdown addon can only be used in conjunction with the delivery option.
* Dump fees are waived when using the delivery option AND selecting the campsite setup/breakdown addon.
* Be aware of height restrictions of tunnels, etc. during RV transport.
* No climbing on the roof! Exception: clear debris from the slide-out.
* Only use the gas mixture provided for the Predator inverter generator addon.
* Ensure RV doors are locked when leaving the RV unattended and during transport.

What a great experience. Ken was very thorough with making sure we knew everything about the camper before we left. Camper was super clean.
Camper and bed was super comfortable and AC worked great on a hot July days. Camper was in great shape and very clean inside and out. Will definitely rent it again.

We had a wonderful experience renting this RV from Kenneth! The RV was incredibly clean and stocked with so many extras that we weren't expecting, such as a super comfortable mattress topper on the queen bed and a hair dryer that came in handy when it rained a few times throughout our trip. The RV also came fully ready to go with bedding already on all the beds. In addition, it was extremely well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. One thing we also noticed is that all the included supplies were very high-quality. The bath towels, sheets, and dish towels were very soft and nicer than what we have at home. It's very clear that Kenneth takes great pride in providing the highest quality camping experience for those who rent from him. And as this was our first time staying in an RV, Kenneth was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining how everything works. We would highly recommend renting this RV if you are looking for a great, relaxing vacation!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can often accommodate moving either the pickup or drop off time by plus or minus up to two hours.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If you have us deliver your rental, you can select the Setup and Breakdown addon. Then we take care of all the hookups and disconnects. We also position the RV on your campsite, level it, extend the slide-out, and take care of the stabilizer jacks. However, if you prefer to do it yourself, we provide detailed written instructions with photos. As well as have help videos online you can download for playback on your phone or tablet.
