There is also a Coleman RoadTrip LXE grill that connects to the camper propane supply by quick connect upon renters request. Take in the fresh air under the awning with the furnished ground mat and camping chairs. Outside mounted television is also available upon renters request. If you take this beauty to the beach there is an outdoor shower equipped on the back side of the camper to wash off the sand from your feet. Delivery, setup, and pick-up is available within approximately 50 miles from camper pick-up location for an additional fee.Note: Camper dry weight is approx. 4,300 lbs. Towing vehicle will need a hitch receiver with a 2 inch opening to accommodate the weight distribution and sway control hitch and also have a 7-pin adapter to operate the electronic brakes on the camper.*** Renter is responsible to empty black and grey water prior to returning camper to owner. Failure to empty tanks will result in $100.00 taken out of security deposit. ****** Since I do not charge for the use of the Coleman Grill, if grill is returned Dirty there will be a $50.00 charge taken from the security deposit. ***
