• RV Rules & Policies Holding Tanks must be emptied before return. A $100 dumping fee applies if not. No Smoking – full deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs inside the RV. No Pets allowed. Evidence of pets or excessive dirt will incur a cleaning fee. AC Use – Do not run on less than a 30 Amp outlet. Cleanliness – RV must be returned broom-swept, trash removed, and all cooking items/utensils cleaned and returned. Unused disposables must stay in the RV; all non-disposable items (appliances, tools, bedding, etc.) must be returned. Safety – All drivers and passengers must wear seat belts while in motion. Beds – Mattress protectors are required on all 3 beds. Events – Music festivals are not permitted. Water Hookup – Use the water filter and pressure regulator at all times. Parking – Vehicle must be on level, hard surfaces (pavement, concrete, compacted gravel). Always set the parking brake when camping. Driving Restrictions – No off-road use, no towing of any kind (vehicles, trailers, boats, etc.). By following these rules, you help us keep the RV safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.
