picnic blanket or sheet for beach or grass use

disposable/paper products (plates, forks etc - we are green so we prefer you use our provided washable items)

showerhouse flipflops for everyone (we prefer the bath houses as they offer lots of space, great shower heads and you can wash all the kids at once!)

**our bunks are provided with allergen barrier waterproof pads, fitted sheet and the 2 top bunks have a dome bumper under there to help avoid roll-offs for your convenience *Please bring pillows and a blanket or sleeping bag for each bunk needed(there are 4)
**our queen bed comes made with allergen barrier waterproof pad, sheets and a blanket. *Please bring pillows for your use.Allergen Notice:
I clean with gentle, non toxic cleaning agents and wash laundry in free and clear detergents. We are non smokers and there are no animals allowed in this unit.
While we hope to rent to anyone that requests, please understand that we are keeping this camper allergy friendly for people whose choices are slim that cannot be around pet dander or cigarette/cigar smoke. This is a brand new unit, and we cannot accept bookings if anyone attending the experience smokes, even outside the camper. The residual smoke that inevitably comes in also causes problems for one of our own children. The security deposit will be forfeited entirely if there is any indication that the pet or smoke policy was violated.We wish to share camp life with you and hope you will find joy in our guaranteed allergen friendly camper!Ask us about kayak rental, we have 2 for rent with paddles and life jackets for an additional fee.Delivery/setup/break down is available for $2 per mile each way from my home. You are required to empty the grey and black tanks and flush them ( I can instruct) prior to my arrival to begin haul away of the unit.Renter is responsible for basic cleanup. Itemized list is provided when we meet to do the initial inspection of the unit.
Also, all tanks are renter responsibility to be emptied daily including the final morning of check out/pickup. There will be a $250 fee assessed and deducted from security deposit should there be any water/waste left in any of the holding tanks upon departure inspection.
