Super clean, in excellent condition and lights up the campground at night. The couch is comfy and the bed is too!Will deliver and set up for additional fee.Pull up and walk in to an ice cold AC delivery:Includes delivery, leveling and setup, water hook ups and inside ready for your immediate enjoyment and when you are done, just pack your belongings and leave.
