5.0Nick was very accommodating of a strict campground check-in and check-out policy. He was easy to communicate with and the camper had everything needed for an enjoyable weekend. While we had it delivered (didn't tow it), the length is the perfect size if you're looking to "get your feet wet" with camping. As other reviewers have stated, Nick is great to walk you through how to operate everything from awnings, checking tanks, etc. PLUS the slide makes it very roomy inside.
