In great shape and ready for the great outdoors. It is quite comfy and a great platform to launch outdoor adventures from. Easily towed to your favorite campground or at your favorite dispersed camping site. The queen size mattress is centered where you can walk around it. It has been upgraded and is quite comfortable. Small dogs are acceptable. Must be housebroken!
