Rent this beautiful 5th Wheel as an extra space for visiting guests or we can tow it to your favorite camping spot! The whole family can sleep comfortably with a master queen in the front bedroom and a 2 twin bunk room in the back.
Rules of the road:
No smoking. Pets under 25 lbs allowed. $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.
No roof access. Owner reserves the right to use security deposit for any damages. Any event, field parking requires a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Septic System: All tanks must be completely emptied before camper is returned. Dump charge of $100.00 will be accessed if tanks are not returned empty. Only RV approved toilet paper may be used in RV toilets. Anything else such as paper towels, baby wipes, etc. will clog the RV Sewage system and will result in a $350.00 added fee. This will be taken from the renter's security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation at least 21 days before pickup will be refunded at 100% of total charges.
Any cancellation 14-20 days before pickup will be refunded at 75% of total charges.
Any cancellation 7-13 days before pickup will be refunded at 50% of total charges.
No refunds for cancellations under 7 days before departure. Full rental amount will be charged.
