0.0I had a great time, and enjoyed the comfort of the trailer. We used the A/C 3 times, and had a heavy rainstorm from 2PM until 4AM; for which I was thankful for a nice trailer. Roman was very responsive to any queries.

1.0Trailer was filthy. I rented the trailer for a friend and it was so dirty on the outside I washed part of it before he arrived. Then I could see that there were small hand smudges all over the inside of the windows. So, I cleaned some of those. The inside of the trailer looked as if it was never cleaned since the last occupants had it. Even the shades over the windows were a mess. I really should have sent it back. But, I was between a rock and a hard spot. I needed something for my friend. Can’t believe anyone would send something like that out especially with the presence of COVID-19.

5.0This is our third year renting a trailer for a week from Roman. He dropped it off, had it leveled and hooked up with the AC running to cool it down for our arrival. We will continue to rent from Moses Lake RV Rentals because of their great customer service, competitive pricing and wide range of trailers to choose from.
