Meet Bertha! She's a 2017 Jayco North Point 377Rlbh. She's 43' long, with 4 slides and will sleep 8 (or more with an air mattress on the floor!). There is a rear living room with 2 recliners and an oversized couch, a TV with surround sound and a fireplace (can be ambiance or to knock the chill off).The kitchen has plenty of storage AND a huge pantry AND a residential refrigerator! There is a 3 burner gas stove as well as an island with a sink. Just off the kitchen is a mid-bunk room. There is 1 bunk in the room, the area under the bunk is open (perfect for an air mattress or portable crib). The mid-bunk area has a built in desk, storage and a tv. Over the mid-bunk area is a loft (accessed from the hallway) that has super cool fort potential (ask our kids!) or storage for any extras. *There is no kitchen table in the RV.The full bathroom has the standard flush toilet, shower, sink and Alot of storage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, tv, dresser and Huge walk in closet. Outside of the RV there's an LED lit awning, outside kitchen (with fridge and 2 burner stove), an outside TV, an outside shower, a storage area and a Huge pass thru basement.There are 2 15k BTU AC units and a propane furnace, a ceiling fan, and 2 ceiling vent fans. There is a 6 point auto level system and a central vacuum unit. The speakers can be bluetoothed to your device and are ready to play your favorite tunes. There is also a 75 gallon fresh water tank, 2 35 gallon gray tanks and a 44 gallon black tank.This unit has a 50 AMP plug and to operate completely it must be hooked up to 50 Amps. It can be dogboned down to 30 amps, but only 1 AC unit will run on a 30 amp system. This unit also has a 5th wheel hitch (NOT a gooseneck), so if you will be towing, you will need a 5th wheel hitch along with a truck rated to haul this size camper.There is NO Smoking in the rig. Smoking in the rig will result in the loss of security deposit. Dogs are the only pets allowed in the rig and They Must be housebroken. If they use the bathroom in the rig, there will be cleaning fees deducted from the deposit. The couches are a leather type material and could be punctured by claws, if this happens you are responsible for the cost of repairs. Any damage done by your pet (or people) will be your financial responsibility.Basically- treat it with common sense, and leave it how you found it. Accidents happen, let us know so we can correct it and make it right for all of us to enjoy!If you have any questions- ask! We're happy to help in any way we can!* There aren't any linens, kitchen supplies, etc in the camper. We are working on adding things, just haven't yet. There are water and sewer hoses.** We are able to haul the RV (within reason) to wherever (for a fee) and pick up, you need to make the proper arrangements with the campground (reservations). If the campground is NOT full hookup, you will Only have what the tanks will hold. There will be additional costs if we have to dump the gray and black tanks. The RV is expected to be cleaned back to how you found it, if not, there will be an additional cleaning fee**
