Highly responsive, flexible owner
Scott was praised for being extremely responsive, friendly, and making the rental process simple. He accommodated early pickups and drop-offs. However, one renter reported no reimbursement for major vehicle issues.
Numerous critical operational failures
One renter experienced a flat tire, non-working AC, fridge, dead battery, no hot water, and a full, malodorous black water tank. The vehicle also had expired registration and no inspection sticker. Other guests found it spacious for a family of five.

5.0Scott was more responsive than anyone I've ever dealt with for any reason. Allowed an early pickup and was available for drop off a few days early when a family member got sick. Great camper. Great rental experience. 10 stars!

1.0Do not rent this RV This truly was the listing from HE double hockeysticks.... I rent because i dont want to fix everything, but spent my whole first day fixing stuff and finally gave up.. From the flat tire, AC, Fridge, dead battery to Propane and hot water heater not working. No shower the whole weekend....it was stressfull and waste of money. The black water was full as well and the whole trailer stunk. Had to go get deodorizer. Owner never offered tk reimburse me. The trailer also has out of date registration and no inspection sticker so if u get pulled over you are in trouble....not sure how outdoorsy even lets these kind of owners rent.

5.0first time renting from outdoorsy and Scott made it simple, very friendly and fast to respond to all my questions. the camper was perfect for my family of 5 with more than enough room. We will be renting from Scott again thanks for the great experience
