2018 Forest River Rockwood
This is the perfect camper to provide comfort and convenience to your next camping trip. At 1750 lbs dry (empty weight) it can be pulled with most small SUV's and minivans. Economical to pull and easy to set up, but still provides the comforts of AC, heat, refrigerator, electric motor to raise the camper, 5" thick heated foam mattresses (twin and full size) plus dinette galley fold down sleeping for a child . Trailer has 7 wire round plug with trailer brakes. Electric trailer brake controller is required for trailer brakes to function. Consult your vehicle manual to determine safe towing capacity, and if trailer brake controller will be required. (I recommend a trailer brake controller for any long trips and/or if towing with anything smaller than a half ton truck)Make sure your vehicle has at least a class 3 hitch with a 2” ball and 7 wire light plug. Also notice with this being the off road model the hitch height is higher than normal, optimum hitch height is about 20” to 24” above the ground to tow the camper level. (Please check the height of your receiver hitch if your hitch is too low the jack may not be able to lower down enough!). I do have a universal brake controller I can provide for an additional fee.There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel.Feel free to ask us if you have any questions, we love helping first time campers!Cosa è inclusoBasic kitchen utensils and pots/pans. I have been renting campers since 2016. I have a fleet of campers ranging from small popup campers up to a 35ft travel trailer with 2 slide outs. We have a camper for every budget and family size. My staff and I love teaching first time campers how to set up and use our campers.

If you are towing the camper, make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with required class of hitch, trailer light plug, and brake controller to safely pull the camper you are renting.

Out of state rentals are allowed, but special rules apply, see rental agreement. (Renter bears the responsibility for all tires and wheel bears for all out of state rentals)
Return camper clean to avoid an additional $40 cleaning fee.

Popup towed well and Edward was very helpful/informative. No issues/complaints with the popup. Very simple trailer that provided what we needed. We had a wonderful trip.

This camper was perfect for our trip to SE Oklahoma. Easy enough for me and 2 kids to park, popup and take down. Ted allowed me to get a lesson prior to our trip and was super responsive to my barrage of questions. The A/C was super cold which was much needed in the heat of July. Will rent again!

We rented this pop-up camper to drive to Big Bend for Thanksgiving. This is our second time renting it and were able to pull it with our minivan. The owner does a thorough job of preparing you for set up and take down. He responds quickly to all questions during the rental. This was a great fit for our family of five.
