2016 Heartland Trail Runner
This pet friendly camper is half ton truck towable, with the super slide and rear bunks has plenty of space to sleep up to 8. Camper has a private bedroom and queen size bed in the front, full size bunk beds in the rear, a dinette that folds to about a twin size bed and a sofa bed. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater. This camper is towable for most half ton pickups, but not recommended to be towed with anything smaller than a half ton sized truck or SUV. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 4 hitch with a 2- 5/16” ball 18” to 21” above the ground. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas law and for safety reasons.This camper is very clean with some upgrades completed in December of 2022 including: new 15,000 btu A, new water-heater, and recovered dinette cushions. The camper interior is in above average condition for its age.If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add on fee. Linens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel. This camper is on the upper towing end of towing capacity for most half ton trucks, for this reason is 3/4 ton truck is strongly recommended for out of state trips.

I have been renting campers since 2016. I have a fleet of campers ranging from small popup campers up to a 35ft travel trailer with 2 slide outs. We have a camper for every budget and family size. My staff and I love teaching first time campers how to set up and use our campers.

If you are towing the camper, make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with required class of hitch, trailer light plug, and brake controller to safely pull the camper you are renting.
No smoking in campers.
Out of state rentals are allowed, but special rules apply, see rental agreement. (Renter bears the responsibility for all tires and wheel bears for all out of state rentals)
Return camper clean to avoid an additional $40 cleaning fee.
Return camper with empty grey and black water tank to avoid an additional $40 fee.
Linens and towels are NOT included in all base rentals but can be added on for additional fee.

Good rental. Easy pick up and drop off. Trailer pulled good, was clean, and mechanically everything worked. Would consider renting again from Edward.
