If you are towing the camper, make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with required class of hitch, trailer light plug, and brake controller to safely pull the camper you are renting. I am not able to cool refrigerator before pickup so it is advised to bring an ice chest to store food until the fridge cools. It may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to cool. No smoking in campers. Out of state rentals are allowed, but special rules apply, see rental agreement. (Renter bears the responsibility for all tires and wheel bears for all out of state rentals) Return camper clean to avoid an additional $40 cleaning fee. Return camper with empty grey and black water tank to avoid an additional $40 fee. Linens and towels are NOT included in all base rentals but can be added on for additional fee. Towing a trailer can be dangerous if not properly connected! The renter is responsible for connecting the trailer at pickup. We may assist and provide advise, but that does not relieve the renter of responsible for properly connecting the trailer and assuring all trailer lights, brakes, and safety chains are connected and functioning properly.
