RV in very good, like new condition. Sleeps 8 (6 seat belts), outdoor kitchen, very comfortable. RV has 45k miles and rides very nice.
The back bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen size bed. Lots of privacy with a door that separates back room from front. The loft above the driver area sleeps 2 adults. The dining area folds down into a bed which is best for kids if used. The jack knife sofa folds down to sleep 2 adults. Plenty of lockable storage underneath for your gear and toys. There are 3 televisions and a wonderful surround sound system built in.
Be prepared to complete the departure and return form.
Pets allowed upon approval, but must be discussed. I will only authorize a small, potty train, non-shedding, and non-teething animal. I do have an excessive cleaning fee if I have to clean more than normal. I request the interior to come back like you get it.
