This RV is brand new! I use it with my family of four to road trip and camp. It's extremely simple to drive and use. You can pull into a camp spot and be completely set up as soon as you park! It fits in any normal-sized parking spot making it possible to easily navigate busy cities and have all the comforts of home.A few notes:- Roomy full bathroom
-Two adults comfortably fit on the back murphy bed and one on the front. Two children fit comfortably on the front bed
