5.0My husband and I had a great experience renting our first RV all thanks to Outdoorsy! We reserved in advance and made reservations at campgrounds and with friends. Then a few days before we were to leave, our host had to cancel to repair something. Outdoorsy reached out within the hour to offer a refund or help us rent another RV. We wanted to keep our plans so their concierge service called me, called hosts of available RVs and within a couple hours we were booked with a new host! Outdoorsy was amazing! The new host, Kirk at RV life is Good, was great too! The RV was very clean, everything worked well and was so comfortable. We were so impressed! I’m sure we’ll be renting again soon!
