If you’re anything like us, then the answer is a resounding “Yes.”Spend your next camping adventure in this spacious, 28 foot, temperature controlled, Jayco JayFlight with comfortable bedding and you’ll be a much happier camper. Whether you’re seeking peace and quiet away from civilization or wanting to spend relaxing time away with family and friends, the “Happy Glamper” should be part of your plan.We advertise this as all-inclusive with the goal of providing a completely stress free experience so you can spend more time enjoying your get away. Allow us to complete the stressful transport, set up, and tear down so you don’t have to. We also include everything you think you need, as well as many things you have no idea you need, for a successful camping get away.The Happy Glamper comes fully equipped with a complete kitchen (apartment size fridge, separate freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, two sided sink, and plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a toilet, good size shower, and sink. The bathroom can be accessed from the inside or outside, reducing the amount of foot traffic in the central living area when needed. It sleeps up to 8 depending on the size of the individuals. Two adults can sleep in the private, main bedroom on an upgraded queen size mattress. One person could sleep on the dinette that converts to a bed. One adult or two kids could sleep on each of the bunk beds (250 max weight for each bunk). One person could sleep on the pullout couch.The exterior includes a huge 20 foot awning that extends from the side of the camper for some shelter from the sun. There is also an exterior hot or cold shower to hose off before entering the camper if necessary. There are built in exterior and interior speakers with Bluetooth connection.Cosa è inclusoWe would love to make this an excellent experience for you. -small portable fanAs mentioned above, we will take care of transporting the camper to and from the site, as well as any set up and tear down. This work will be paid for in the “prep” fee which is charged regardless of the number of nights rented. While we recognize this may not be an attractive option for all users, we do feel like it protects both parties the best. This prevents the renter from liability for any damages during transport, set up, or tear down. We kindly ask that you treat our property as if it were your own.Cleanliness is of extreme importance to us and the interior is meticulously cleaned after each use. Rest assured that this will be obvious to you during the initial inspection.Absolutely no smoking permitted in or around the camper that may cause the inside to smell like smoke. If the interior of the camper smells like any smoke other than campfire, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit.Although we love animals, we ask that you do not bring them inside the camper. Any sign of animals will result in a $500 fee.The extendable awning is a very pricey repair and one of the most common things to become damaged on a camper. For this reason, please retract it before going to sleep at night and at any time harsh winds or rains are expected. Your entire security deposit will need to be forfeited to replace a broken awning.The window blinds are also delicate and can break easily. In addition, they are a pain to replace so a $300 fee will be deducted for a broken blind.Please limit the amount of food and non liquid items that go down the drains as this can cause damage. It is preferred that you rinse dishes of any food in the outside shower or scrape the food into the trash can before washing.We will complete a walk through and take photos before handing the camper over to the renter. We will complete a similar walk through at the end of your trip to ensure no damage was done. You’re more than welcome to be present for both as I take pride in making that a transparent process.You may be asked to sign a separate renters agreement with more specifics about the cost of certain broken items. This shouldn’t be a concern for anyone as long as you plan to take care of the camper while you’re in it.
