A wonderful choice for local camping or excursions for adventurous explorations. Plenty of room and very well equipped with all the amenities for your comfort and enjoyment including a large power slide-out in the dining/kitchen area and a second slide-out in the private (queen) bedroom. Sleeps 6 with a second queen bed over the cab plus the dinette converts into the third sleeping area.There are two interior and one exterior TVs, a Winegard 2.0 WiFi/4G/TV antenna, Hdmi video distribution box, in-dash media center with AM/FM & Bluetooth. Two theater seats! Fully equipped kitchen includes two gas burners, a single induction cooktop and an over-the-range convection oven/microwave oven. RV has two AC units, a propane heating furnace, and an Onan 4000-watt gas generator. Exterior includes a large power awning with integrated LED lighting covering the exterior TV and connection for the propane grill. Includes a separate shower with glass door, premium window privacy roller shades and a whole house water filter system.Loads of storage plus a tankless water heater for plenty of quick hot water!!!Also included is a walk-in closet with two chests of drawers and an Automatic Leveling System for easy set-up.Other amenities include non-breakable dishes and glasses, coffee mugs/utensils/pots & pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, bedding, pillows, towels, lawn chairs, patio mat and a propane grill with propane canisters and a table for grill!!! We've been happily married for over 43 years and have three grown sons, a lovely daughter-in-law, a precious granddaughter and our ten year old cock-a-poo, Snickers. We enjoy traveling to new locations, hiking, spending precious time with our family, and making wonderful memories when traveling in our motorhome.
