We’re excited to host you in our 2024 Keystone Springdale Mini 1760BH! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review and follow these important guidelines. 🚭 No smoking of any kind inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee. 🐾 Pets allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and do not leave them unattended unless crated. You’re responsible for any pet damage. 🧼 Please return the camper clean: sweep floors, wipe down surfaces, wash dishes, remove trash, and empty the fridge. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional fee. 🚽 Tanks must be emptied before return unless you’ve selected our dump service add-on. A $100 fee applies if tanks are returned full. ⛽ Propane must be returned full unless you’ve paid for the refill option. 🚫 No roof access. It’s unsafe and can damage the RV. 🛻 Use only 30-amp hookups. Plugging into the wrong power can cause serious electrical damage. 🛑 Do not tow off-road or on unpaved, rough, or restricted routes. Use only approved roads and campsites. 🕐 Return on time. Late returns (over 1 hour) will incur a $50/hour fee unless previously arranged. 💬 Communicate early if anything goes wrong. We’re here to help! This camper is occasionally used for contract work, so we keep it very well maintained. We kindly ask that you treat it with care and respect.
