** We do not book your campground, you will be required to reserve a camp spot within 48 hours of booking or reservation can be cancelled. We recommend booking a 50 or 30 amp electric spot for fully functioning unit. If you do not get an electric spot we would require renting the generator with the camper to be able to fully support unit. Colorado does have unpredictable weather. With hot summer days and trailers can get pretty warm inside, but if it gets cloudy the generator will keep batteries charged to allow unit to keep functioning. If camping site has no dumping station there will be additional fees for off site dumping, as we are charged additional fees to dump at any offsite locations.
** First come first serve spots are only allowed if you are picking up the trailer and taking it yourself.
Complete off grid options are available for delivery but are on a case by case basis.Cosa è inclusoFresh Linens
10 Camp Chairs
Camp table
Cookware and dishes for 10
Towels for the beach, or showers
Outdoor mats
Corn hole boards

Highly communicative and accommodating
Hosts excel in quick responses, accommodating schedule changes, facilitating smooth delivery/pickup, and proactive troubleshooting. They offer thoughtful setup and local tips. One guest reported a disputed sewer charge.
Immaculate, spacious, well-equipped
The RV is consistently praised for its pristine, meticulously clean condition. It's described as spacious, modern, and fully stocked with essential amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and linens.

5.0Mike & Kara were helpful & responsive. Camper very clean & comfy. Mike had completed set up when we arrived at campsite in a state park and gave us a thorough walkthru. Would rent again!

5.0Kara and Michael’s RV was absolutely perfect for our family’s week-long trip! The camper was in pristine condition, and their communication throughout the entire process was stellar. We experienced some arrival delays on our end, but they were incredibly accommodating, seamlessly sharing all the necessary check-in information so we could get settled without needing a face-to-face meeting. We had a wonderful experience and would love to rent from them again in the future!

5.0Had a great stay with the family in this RV. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Be sure to ask questions if you’re not familiar with RVs, but overall it was a great experience and the hosts were helpful. Would definitely rent again!

5.0Kara and Michael were excellent hosts. They responded quickly and accommodated our changing arrival times with grace. The RV was in excellent condition and our family enjoyed the mountains in Colorado like we haven’t before! Will definitely book again if we are looking for an RV in the Rockies.
