Craig is an exceptional host. He met us right on time and gave us an orientation of how to use everything for the camper. He even went over the leveling process, which is important for enjoying any camper. We were new to using a camper trailer, and he was patient with our many questions. We encountered a mechanical issue during the trip, and Craig was very responsive, even offering to drive up right away to fix the problem. (He helped us resolve the issue over the phone.). The trailer is easy to tow and was comfortable for my wife and me.
