Responsive and helpful service

Delivered and set up the trailer, handled breakdown. Proactively informed about known issues, offering refunds. Generally responsive to guest needs.

Excellent towing, amenities need upkeep

Towed exceptionally well and was comfortable inside. One guest noted strong bathroom odor, needed cleaning. Awnings, sensors, and hot water were reported as non-functional (hot water issue was communicated).

We came from the East Coast for a family camping reunion. Ben delivered and set up the trailer and handled the breakdown. All we had to do was enjoy the weather and visit with family. Everything worked fine with the trailer - no mechanical or electrical issues whatsoever.

This Airstream could be a Beauty but definitely needed some cleaning, and the smell from the bathroom was so overpowering even with an air purifier running. I find it very upsetting that Ben would even consider dropping this RV off. My brother who was there for the drop off agreed We didn’t arrive until later that day. We were there for our nieces wedding and it was a hard 4 night stay at 72 years old. The trailer should not be rented out until things are cleaned up. It was not the camping trip that my sister and I thought it could have been. The wedding … beautiful!

Ben was receptive and easy to work with. The listing could have been more accurate; there are basic kitchen essentials, the awnings don’t work and there is no Wi-Fi. However, I’m happy to see the listing has been updated since we rented it. Also, the sensors don’t work which can be a little scary if you can’t move it to dump.

My wife and I absolutely love the outdoors. We enjoy camping, trail running, fly fishing and cooking. Most times we figure out ways to do all the above in one sitting. Some of our favorite trips are to Moab, Monticello, Black Canyon, Tetons, Beartooth Pass. Our trailer has been the perfect way for us to bring some of the comforts of home into nature. We look forward to helping you get out and enjoy Colorado and beyond, just as we have.
