5We had such an incredible experience with Michael, Jessica, and their van! We had no issues taking an Uber to pick up the van, and check in was easy. Jessica gave us a walkthrough of where things are stored and how things work. They gave us a document that reiterated all of that information, and had links to instructional videos. We had no prior van or RV experience but everything was simple enough. The van itself was so cool, and quite easy to drive. The bed was very comfortable, and the included rocking chairs were so nice for outdoor seating. We absolutely would rent from Michael again and couldn't recommend the experience more!
