The RV was in good condition at pick-up but experienced critical malfunctions during a trip. Batteries failed to hold a charge, disabling essential functions overnight. The fridge also did not stay cold, resulting in significant food spoilage and inconvenience.

5.0Adam was very responsive and easy to work with. The RV was in pretty good condition and fit our needs. It was our first time renting from a company vs a person so there were a few things different about that but nothing that was critical. We rent RVs at least 1 a year for family camping trips and we will definetly look at renting from Speedway RV Center again next year.

3.0The Overall vehicle was fine, but there were some aspects to the camper that did not work from the start. Two main things that didn't work in the vehicle was 1) the RV batteries didn't hold a charge. This made it impossible to charge any devices, keep lights on, use the water pump, water heater, etc etc. unless we had the generator constantly running or the truck running itself. Basically after quiet hours at the camp site (10pm-8am) we couldn't use anything. Very inconvenient, which we rented this camper to have some convenience. 2) the fridge would not stay cold (maybe because of the batter charge issue?) which caused us to lose $150 worth of food on the first day. We had to go spend another 150 on new food and then maintain every thing in a cooler for 5 days, which we had to buy ice every day. This is another convenience we were hoping to have but did not. All else were ok but these two impacted the trip significantly. I would recommend the RV company to do a better check on how it is operating and not rely on client feedback to understand whats wrong with the vehicle AFTER the trip, especially for the price that it cost to rent a RV and all else outside of the RV it self, these trips are not cheap by any means.
