Jess was super easy to work with. Trailer mechanics and features were explained meticulously and efficiently. She was very prompt and thorough with all my questions prior to rental and I felt extremely well prepared for the journey and the use of the camper. The camper itself is remarkably spacious for it's size and would easily sleep 4 adults. All aspects of the trailer worked flawlessly during our trip, though we didn't have an opportunity to try out everything as we were off-grid. We would highly recommend renting from Jess and Jim!

This was our first time hauling a camper, and it went very smoothly thanks to Jess & Jim’s instructions. They made the towing & hookup process easy to understand. The camper was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed! It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioner worked great. We especially enjoyed making pancakes for breakfast on the outdoor griddle. We ate all of our meals outside, as well, with the easy to use retractable awning, and provided table and chairs. Thanks for a great camping experience!

Perfect size for two people. Jess and Jim were extremely helpful with any questions that will arise on the way. I towed it with a Nissan frontier pro 4x and it was no problem. If I ever rent again it will be with them.

My children and I had a great time camping with the Ember. The camper was roomy, clean, and full of nice features. The boys loved the bunks! This was my first time towing a trailer and Jessica and Jim took extra time to show me how to operate the ember and make sure I had everything I needed. It was a great experience. We look forward to renting from Jess and Jim again!!!!

Top notch service!! This amazing couple has a true passion to help others enjoy the rv experience!! They have thought of everything to supply so that you have the same comforts as you do at home! Think of it as a high class air bnb in a little house on wheels! They will also teach you anything you need to know!

Jessica and Jim were great to work with. We trusted them immediately and had confidence in moving forward with the rental right away. We felt it was a great experience. The Ember towed wonderfully and accommodated our family get together for the weekend very well. There’s no question that I would, do it all over again for sure! Jessica made sure we were comfortable with everything and inspected the RV to make sure everything was ready to go. We have rented VRBO‘s that were less cared for and stocked (by a significant margin); this RV came with everything you could typically need. She had everything from coffee filters to spices and all the supplies to set up once at the campsite. Again the unit was in excellent condition and very clean.
